Defy Aging Classes that have been offered by Health Harmony Vistas (for profit) will be expanded. We are seeking funds and applying for grants in order to present the Defy Aging Programs to extended care facilities and businesses as part of Health Harmony Assistance (non-profit) so many more people can benefit. The Programs will be targeted at keeping staff, residents and employees in optimal health. As with Defy Aging Classes (see Workshops), the programs will include exercises, address nutrition, vision and relaxation.
