Bonnie Masi and Trudy Roush started this group December 1, 1999 to teach by incorporating sound healing and energy techniques, chanting, crystals, and shamanic type journeying. The journeys are different every week and often work by connecting to nature's energies, varying from animals to trees/plants to sky, water or earth. Bonnie leads you to find your higher sources and guides to access your own information and healing abilities.

Various techniques are used (sound, crystals, guided imagery) to enhance and find what works best for you.  Meditations are for any level of experience. Free energy balancing is available every class and the option of learning this technique.  Bonnie and Trudy combined their years of experience in Physical Therapy, music, Craniosacral Therapy, Therapeutic Touch and metaphysical pursuits to facilitate and share knowledge. (Due to Trudy’s changed work schedule, she only is able to come occasionally now.)

Watch for dates on our upcoming expanded Chakra series (back by request). Each week one Chakra will be covered during the Wednesday night session, using music, dance/movement and journeying to explore its depths, messages and healing. 

In order to bring even greater clarity to each individual of their own gifts and abilities, we encourage bringing a journal to record your special journeys and experiences.

Although Bonnie hosts and often leads Wednesday night sessions, she welcomes others to share their gifts and ideas with regards to healing, journeying, sound energy or spiritual life connections. Rose Perry adds sacred drumming to our group on request or inspiration; others add song (Isabel, Joan) or healing techniques. Everyone has amazing capabilities and reasons for being here on earth at this time. Wednesday night allows us to open the doors, explore and access what that is. Bonnie holds the space and light, with her Divine guides, for that to happen.
  
Private sessions are available.  Bonnie does Therapeutic Touch / Intuitive Healing Techniques at a deeper intuitive level.  These assist you in removing/releasing blocks that may be affecting your health and spirit physically, mentally or emotionally.  These can exist consciously and subconsciously.  It's all about the ability to move and transform energy.  Studies of aura and chakra balancing, Kundalini Maha Yoga, vibration/sound, Dream journeying, guided imagery, past-life regressions, Native American rituals and spiritual counseling all enhance this.
